Sam is originally from Durham and trained at Manchester School Of Theatre.

He made his directorial debut with How To Curse at London's Etcetera Theatre. Sam has also written and performed two one man shows; Seance: Live and How To Be Dumped: A Sort of Magic Show (London & Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2023).
Sam is a member of The Magic Circle, and has recently designed illusions for Uncanny: I Know What I Saw (UK Tour 2023 & 2024); Jack & The Beanstalk (Theatre Royal Stratford East, Christmas 2023) and Village Idiot (Theatre Royal Stratford East 2023).
